My Story:

For nearly 20 years, I have dedicated my life to the health and wellness industry, driven by my passion for helping people thrive and live vibrant, happy, healthy lives. My passion for living in a healthy and powerful body began on the first day of military boot camp, where I discovered the profound impact of physical fitness and discipline. As a veteran, this foundation of resilience and strength has shaped my approach to wellness, guiding me throughout my career.

I’ve owned a health club, become a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health club consultant, and designed and licensed a personal training and nutrition program to health clubs. But my deepest purpose in this work goes beyond physical fitness—it’s about empowering others to live fully and fulfill their highest purpose in this one precious life.

After the birth of my second child, I experienced a health collapse that changed everything. I faced an overwhelming number of debilitating symptoms—severe food reactions, a rapidly declining thyroid, severe insomnia, and neurological issues. Daily severe stomach pain and gallbladder attacks consumed my life, and many nights were spent in the ER. I would often only be able to spend 3-4 hours a day out of bed. It was a dark time when I often feared for my future and my family’s future without me.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned through this journey is that every single symptom is simply a signal from our body that something needs support, attention, or adjustment. Its simply information and guidance. If we listen closely, instead of trying to silence these signals or dissociate from our bodies, we can move more quickly toward true and deep, lasting health. Our bodies have a deep, innate wisdom about what’s going on—we just need to honor and respond to these signals.

After seeing many doctors, I finally found an MD who took a "food-first" approach, helping me identify underlying causes and begin my healing journey. My thyroid finally stabilized, and some symptoms improved, but the digestive pain, brain fog, hormone symptoms, joint issues, and severe insomnia persisted.

Then I met a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who truly listened and connected the dots between my digestive health and joint pain. Following her diagnostic-based protocol, I experienced complete relief from both in just two weeks—the first time I had felt this way in four years. I finally saw hope.

This experience inspired me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with advanced training in diagnostic testing. I now see that my health challenges were set in motion from childhood, shaped by preventable factors. My goal is to help others avoid this suffering, and to reverse what can be healed—whether it’s children, adults, or entire families.

While I primarily work with adults, I also love working with children because healing the family unit as a whole brings incredible transformation. If I hadn’t found Nutritional Therapy, I believe I would still be dependent on medications and struggling to survive. But life is about more than just survival. It’s about thriving—being fully alive and fulfilling your purpose.

Your family deserves to live vibrant, healthy lives together, and that’s what drives me in my work. We are here to help you clarify what your body is saying so that you can make the shifts needed to live and function at your highest potential. The family that heals together, lives long, happy, and healthy together—and that’s my hope for you.
